32ft x 10ft Open Plan Portable Office Cabin

Thirty-two feet by ten is a big single-module office – close to 30 square metres of open plan – and it is the size organisations reach for when a compound office has to hold a whole team rather than a supervisor. Four large windows and a centrally located secure entrance door give it a symmetrical, deliberately non-shed appearance.

Steel cladding does the hard work. It handles a construction environment, a remote site or a permanent modular setup without the maintenance a timber-clad demountable demands.

Repainted to your colour

Each unit is professionally repainted in a single colour of your choosing before it goes out. On a client-facing site or a branded depot, that matters more than people expect – a cabin in company colours reads as part of the operation rather than as hired equipment.

Fit-out and testing

Electric heating and lighting are installed, and every unit is fully tested prior to dispatch. Site connection is a licensed electrician’s job, certified under AS/NZS 3000.

Getting it to site

At 9.75 m this is an oversize delivery by any measure. Confirm truck access, turning space, overhead clearance and the crane set-down position well before delivery day, and make sure the pad is firm and level across the whole length – a module this long shows any dip in the floor and the door frame immediately.
