Currency
All website product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Customers in New Zealand may be charged currency conversion or international payment fees by their bank or provider. Freight, taxes and other applicable charges will be confirmed before payment as required.
Accepted payment methods
We accept bank transfer, selected cryptocurrencies when expressly authorised for the order, and other payment options shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. Available methods may differ by order value, product, destination or payment service provider.
Bank transfer instructions
Use only payment details shown on the official checkout, invoice or written confirmation from an authorised Palliat Pty Containers representative. Include your order or invoice reference. Bank transfers may require processing time before funds are confirmed. Do not rely on payment details supplied through an unexpected message without independently verifying them.
Cryptocurrency payments
Crypto payments are available only when our team or checkout specifies an accepted coin, blockchain network, receiving wallet, payment amount and payment validity period. Do not send funds to an unverified address. Transfers made on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address may not be recoverable. We will confirm the order only after the required on-chain confirmations and verification.
Crypto conversion and network charges
The purchase price remains denominated in AUD. When cryptocurrency is accepted, the payable coin amount will be calculated using the quoted exchange rate and may have an expiry time. Network charges, conversion fees or provider fees must be disclosed where applicable. If the quote expires, request a new amount rather than sending an estimated payment.
Refunds on crypto transactions
Where a refund is due, statutory consumer rights apply regardless of the payment method. We will agree on a practicable method to provide the refund amount owed under applicable law. A crypto refund may be made through a suitable payment rail with the customer’s agreement. We will not automatically limit the refund to the original coin quantity where doing so would breach applicable law.
Other payment methods
Other acceptable methods, such as cards or third-party payment services, are available only where offered by the website or confirmed by us. Provider-specific authentication, processing or fraud checks may apply.
Payment confirmation and fraud prevention
An order may remain pending until payment has cleared or been verified. We may make reasonable enquiries to verify payment and prevent fraud, subject to privacy and consumer law. Never share banking passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases or cryptocurrency private keys with anyone claiming to represent us.
Failed, incomplete or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, is incomplete or appears duplicated, contact us with the order reference and relevant transaction information. We will investigate and arrange correction or a refund where required. Do not attempt repeated payments without checking whether the previous transfer succeeded.
Invoices, taxes and cross-border orders
Invoices and checkout records will set out the applicable amounts and tax treatment. For shipments to New Zealand, import charges, customs fees or tax liabilities depend on the agreed transaction and governing rules and should be confirmed before paying.
