Refund & Returns Policy

How returns, faults and refunds are handled for containers, trailers and other products.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act. Goods must meet legal requirements concerning quality, description and fitness for purpose.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee. Please provide your order number, a description and photographs where practical. We will assess the issue and the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

Major and minor problems

The remedy depends on the nature of the problem and applicable law. In Australia, a major failure may entitle an eligible consumer to reject goods and choose a refund or replacement, while minor failures may initially be addressed by repair within a reasonable time. Equivalent protections may apply to eligible New Zealand customers under New Zealand law.

Change-of-mind requests

We do not automatically accept change-of-mind returns on heavy freight items such as shipping containers, custom configurations, trailers or installed units. Contact us before arranging a return; any voluntary acceptance, transport arrangements and costs must be agreed in writing. This rule does not affect remedies for faulty goods or other statutory entitlements.

Used and modified containers

Used products may have disclosed wear, marks, dents or cosmetic variations consistent with their stated condition. These disclosed characteristics do not by themselves establish a defect. Products must still match their descriptions and meet any applicable consumer guarantees. Customised goods are assessed individually, without limiting statutory rights.

How to request assistance

Contact us through our contact page with your order number, purchase date, affected product, photographs and preferred contact details. Please do not return, ship or dismantle a container before receiving instructions, unless necessary for safety or otherwise permitted by law.

Return transport and collection

Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may arrange inspection, repair or collection. Responsibility for return freight is assessed based on the reason for return and statutory requirements; a customer will not be charged costs that applicable consumer law requires the business to bear.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where feasible and appropriate. Bank transfer refunds require verified account details. For cryptocurrency payments, we will agree on a lawful and practicable refund method that satisfies the amount owed under applicable law; blockchain transaction fees, exchange rates and processing details will be disclosed where relevant. A payment in crypto does not reduce statutory refund rights.

Cancellations before dispatch

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review order status and any costs already committed. Cancellation terms depend on the product and applicable law; statutory rights are preserved.
