Shipping & Delivery Policy

How we arrange delivery of containers and related products throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery areas

We arrange shipping to eligible addresses throughout Australia and New Zealand. Service availability depends on the product, destination, freight route and safe site access. Remote locations and offshore or difficult sites may require special arrangements.

Delivery charges and quotations

Delivery is not automatically included in the advertised product price unless stated on the product page or checkout. Freight pricing may depend on container dimensions, weight, collection point, distance, specialised equipment and access. Any confirmed freight charge will be communicated before an order is finalised. New Zealand orders may also incur customs processing costs, import taxes, inspection or clearance charges, as applicable.

Delivery timeframes

Any estimated dispatch or delivery period is indicative rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed in writing. Timing may be affected by product availability, transport schedules, customs clearance, port operations, weather and site readiness. We will communicate material changes when we become aware of them.

Access and site preparation

Customers should provide the correct delivery address, contact number, site photographs or access measurements when requested. The ground must be firm and suitably level, with clear vehicle access, room for turning and unloading, and appropriate overhead clearance. Delivery operators may decline to unload where conditions are unsafe; any additional attendance, storage or redelivery costs will be explained and assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Unloading and placement

The unloading method depends on the product and carrier. Crane, tilt tray, forklift or other specialist services may be needed and might not be included in a standard transport charge. Tell us before ordering if your site has a slope, narrow gate, powerlines, trees, low branches or other restrictions. Final placement is subject to the carrier’s safety assessment.

New Zealand deliveries

Cross-border shipments may require customs documentation and compliance with New Zealand import or biosecurity rules. We will clarify the agreed delivery basis, which party is responsible for import clearance and any duties or taxes, and whether a local unloading contractor is needed before confirming a cross-border order.

Inspection at delivery

Where safe, inspect the container and delivery documentation upon arrival. Photograph any visible transport damage and record it with the driver if possible. Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs and a description. Reporting promptly helps us investigate, but does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Delays, failed delivery and support

If a delivery is delayed, inaccessible, lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and advise on appropriate next steps. Any remedy will be provided in accordance with the applicable agreement and your rights under Australian or New Zealand consumer law.
