24ft x 10ft Site Office & Marketing Suite – Portable Sales Cabin

Ten feet wide instead of nine, with a set of double-glazed PVC sliding doors as well as a steel entry door, this is the most showroom-like unit in the refurbished cabin range. Inside there is 24 ft x 10 ft of open plan – close to 22 square metres – lit by one large feature window and four standard double-glazed windows.

Property developers use it as a display suite, contractors as a client-facing project office, and businesses as a temporary showroom during a fit-out. The sliding doors are what change the feel: they let people walk in rather than climb in.

Two entrances, two purposes

The solid secure steel door is for staff and for locking up. The PVC sliding doors are for visitors and for light. Keeping the two separate means the cabin can be secured properly overnight without compromising how it presents during the day.

Comfort in an Australian climate

Double glazing on all openings and a wall-mounted electric heater handle both ends of the year, and the LED lighting runs on internal switches. Multiple double outlets are installed throughout. Final connection is licensed electrical work certified to AS/NZS 3000.

Siting a public-facing cabin

Plan the approach, the step or ramp at the sliding doors, and the parking. If members of the public will use the building, check the local access and approval requirements first – nothing in this listing is a statement of compliance for public use. Our council approval guide covers the ground rules, and the rest of the refurbished range is under cabins for sale.
