21ft x 8ft Office & Canteen Cabin – Refurbished Secure Steel

Twenty-one feet is an unusual length and a useful one: longer than a 20 ft cabin, shorter than a 24, and priced accordingly. This one has been refurbished inside and out and finished in graphite grey, with a fitted kitchenette at one end that lets it work as an office, a crib room, or both at once.

The kitchenette is properly done rather than token – an oak-effect benchtop over an under-counter cupboard, a stainless basin with a mixer tap, and an electric water heater.

Electrical fit-out

• Internal consumer unit with breaker panel and safety isolator
• 5 x double socket outlets
• 3 x LED light tubes on a wall switch
• Wall-mounted electric heater

Site connection and AS/NZS 3000 certification are handled by the installing licensed electrician.

Security and ventilation together

Three sliding windows are fitted with security fan shutters, which is the arrangement that lets you leave airflow through the cabin without leaving it open. The single external door is secure steel with keys.

Finish that survives a site

New silver oak herringbone vinyl runs throughout. It looks better than standard commercial vinyl and cleans just as easily, which is why refurbished cabins are increasingly specified for client-visible positions rather than just back-of-compound duty.
