No escape door — plan for it

This float does not have an escape door. That means whoever leads a horse in has to come back past it, or the horse has to be loaded from outside. It is manageable with quiet, well-handled horses and a second person, and it is a genuine limitation if you work alone or handle young stock. Worth knowing before, not after.

A one-piece roof

No seams means no leaks and nothing to work loose over years of flexing. On a float that will spend twenty years outside in Australian weather, a single-piece aluminium roof removes the most common source of water ingress into the horse area.

Imported US-market stock, not assessed against Australian Design Rules or any state registration, roadworthy or livestock welfare requirement, and no such compliance is claimed. The 59 mm coupling is the US 2-5/16 in. size and will need addressing for an Australian tow vehicle. Returns are covered by our 30-day refund and returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
