2008 Exiss Sport ES 30B 3 Horse Angle Load Float

This is the most thoroughly documented of our three horse floats, and the specification rewards reading. Interlocking extruded aluminium plank flooring on 51 x 102 mm beams, a single-piece aluminium roof, lifetime rubber floor matting, and rubber lining to 1,219 mm on every wall in the horse area with aluminium sheet above it.

Rubber torsion axles with electric brakes, a full safety package with breakaway switch and battery, and a slam-latch angle divider system with body, shoulder and head separators.

The floor system

Interlocking extruded aluminium planks over 51 x 102 mm beams is about as good as a float floor gets. There is no timber to rot, no seams for urine to sit in, and the planks carry load across their full width rather than through fasteners. Combined with lifetime rubber matting over the top, it is a floor you can genuinely rely on.

Slam-latch dividers with three separators

Body, shoulder and head separators keep a horse aligned rather than just penned. A slam latch means one hand to secure and one hand to release — which is what you want when you are managing a horse in a confined bay. It is a considered system, not a bar and a pin.
