Used 40ft Cargo-Worthy Shipping Container

Cargo-worthy 40ft stock is bought by two very different customers: exporters who need a container with a valid CSC plate, and buyers who simply want the best-condition used 40ft available and are prepared to pay a little more for a documented standard rather than a description. Both get the same thing — an ex-shipping-line container that has passed structural survey and is guaranteed wind and watertight.

Modification before dispatch

A cargo-worthy shell is a sound base for conversion work, and doing it in our workshop is cheaper and neater than organising trades around a container sitting in your yard. We can line and insulate, fit doors and windows, install vents and repaint in any RAL colour of your choice at additional cost.

Note on modifying a plated container

Cutting openings into a container affects its structure and its CSC certification. If you intend to ship the container as well as use it, do not modify it. If it is going to be a workshop or a store, modify away — just decide which before you order.
