21ft x 8ft Custom Office Cabin – Refurbished with Air Con

Two things separate this 21 ft cabin from a standard site office: it is air conditioned, and the entrance is a fully glazed white uPVC door rather than a steel slab. Together they change what the cabin is for – this is a workspace you would happily put a client, a designer or a permanent staff member in, not just a supervisor with a two-way.

It has been refurbished inside and out, resprayed graphite grey, and floored in new silver oak herringbone vinyl.

Climate control

The fitted air-conditioning system handles both heating and cooling. On a steel cabin in an Australian summer that is not a luxury; it is the difference between a room in use at 2 pm and a room everybody has abandoned. Three 900 mm x 900 mm sliding windows provide natural light and cross-ventilation on milder days – these are standard windows without security shutters, chosen for light rather than for a high-risk site.

Final connection and AS/NZS 3000 certification are carried out on site by a licensed electrician.

Where it suits

Jobsite offices with regular visitors, home and garden offices, temporary retail or admin space, studio and classroom use.
