20ft x 8ft Steel Office & Store Cabin

The office/store combination answers a problem every small site has: the supervisor needs somewhere to work and the crew needs somewhere lockable for tools, and there is only room for one cabin. This 20 ft unit divides into an office or meeting area with a sealed vinyl floor, and a store section floored in plywood and loaded through steel double doors at the end.

Access is separated. A pedestrian steel side door with two deadlocks serves the office; the double end doors serve the store, so nobody is walking through the office with a pallet of fixings.

Positioning it

Plan the orientation before delivery. The end doors need clear swing and a firm approach for a ute or forklift, and the side door needs a step or a landing. Once those are settled, the cabin sits on corner posts on four level bearing points, and stacks with matching 20 ft units.

Fitted and tested

Insulated and lined walls and ceiling, one sliding window behind a steel shutter, power points, an electric convector heater and fluorescent strip lighting, electrically tested before dispatch.

Alternatives worth comparing
