This listing is a specification, not a stock item. The 20 ft custom conversion is built to order from a premium-grade shipping container, and the photographed example shows one possible configuration: anthracite grey respray outside, white inside, chrome handles, a powder-coated steel roller shutter and double-glazed French doors.

The point of buying this way is that the layout follows the use. A coffee kiosk, a pop-up retail unit, a garden studio and a site office all start from the same box and diverge completely from there.

Base container height is the first decision: a 2.59 m standard or a 2.90 m high cube, which is worth the extra if the unit will be lined and ceiling-mounted services are going in. From there, insulation packages, electrical fit-out, air conditioning and heating, plumbing for a sink or washroom, interior finishes, and branding or cladding upgrades are all specified at order.
