A walk-in 20ft site office with no stairs: insulated and lined, pre-wired with outlets and a breaker panel, glazed and lockable. Craneable, stackable, and ready to move to the next job.
A ground level office container solves the thing that makes site sheds unpopular: the stairs. It sits directly on the ground, so anyone can walk straight in carrying drawings, a laptop or a smoko tray, and there is no ramp to hire or handrail to certify. This 20ft unit is built from a weather-resistant steel shipping container and delivered as a finished workspace — insulated, lined, wired and glazed — rather than as a box you then have to fit out.
It is used as a site office, a supervisor’s room, a security post and a crib room, and it can be picked up and moved to the next job when this one finishes.

The unit comes pre-wired with outlets, lighting and a breaker panel, but the final connection to 240 V mains must be completed on site by a licensed Australian electrician. Budget for that and for the lead required to your site supply or generator — it is the step most often forgotten when planning a delivery date.
Forklift pockets and ISO corner castings mean the office can be lifted by forklift or crane and stacked on multi-container sites. Ground it on level bearers so the door and windows stay square.
