A 7.32 m ATC ROM 550 with lithium battery, converter and 30 amp panel — set up to run lights and tools all weekend without a generator, plus awning prep, roof vents and LifeTrac rails.
White ROM 550 with a lithium battery, a converter and a 30 amp panel. That electrical package is the point of difference: this trailer is set up to run lighting, tools and a fridge for a weekend without a generator idling behind it, which matters at circuits with noise restrictions and at country meetings with no shore power.
Add awning prep, more equipment than most enclosed haulers carry, two manual roof vents and the LifeTrac rail system and it starts to look like a base camp rather than a box on wheels.
A lithium battery paired with a converter charges from shore power or from the tow vehicle and then runs the trailer silently. For anyone who has spent a weekend next to somebody’s generator, the appeal is obvious. Note that the charging and 240 V side of any US-market electrical system should be checked and, where necessary, reworked by a licensed Australian electrician before use.
Two roof vents move air through the box on a hot day, and awning prep means shade can be added over the side door. It is not a caravan and should not be sold as one, but for a two-day meeting it is a considerable improvement on a gazebo.
Imported US-market unit. No claim is made that it complies with Australian Design Rules, that it is registrable, or that its electrical system is suitable for connection to Australian 240 V supply. Have the electrics assessed by a licensed electrician and confirm road requirements with your state transport authority. Delivery is a flat A$450 nationwide; see the shipping and delivery policy.
