2024 Diamond C 8.5ft x 35ft Gooseneck Plant Trailer – 11.3t with Spare Mount
$20,450.00Original price was: $20,450.00.$16,260.00Current price is: $16,260.00.
A new 10.67 m gooseneck with a 3.66 m fully automatic hydraulic dovetail, twin 10,000 lb braked axles and solar charging. Rated 25,000 lb gross with about 7,493 kg of payload.
The automatic dovetail is what sets this Diamond C FMAX apart. Instead of wrestling ramps into place, the 3.66 m tail drops hydraulically to the ground and lifts back flush, powered from a Group 27 battery kept topped up by a 7 W solar panel and a 5 A charger. On a machine that gets loaded and unloaded several times a day, that is a genuine time and back-saver.
Underneath is a 406 mm engineered beam frame with 76 mm I-beam crossmembers at 406 mm centres and formed gussets, plus a sway control pipe and a 305 mm engineered neck.

Operating it
Keep the battery charged and the hydraulics serviced – an automatic dovetail is a great feature right up until it stops moving with a machine sitting on it. The solar charger helps if the trailer sits for weeks between jobs, which is exactly when batteries die.
Compliance
These are US manufacturer ratings, converted for reference only. No ADR compliance, ATM rating or roadworthiness is claimed for Australian use; approval and registration of an imported gooseneck goes through your state or territory road authority, and the tow vehicle must be rated for it. More heavy equipment decks are listed under container chassis and trailers, with container weights in our dimensions guide.
