A new 7.32 m tilt-deck equipment trailer with a 2.44 m stationary deck and 4.88 m hydraulically dampened tilt section. Twin 10,000 lb torsion axles, rated 20,000 lb gross.
A tilt deck removes the ramps from the equation entirely. The rear 4.88 m of this Diamond C HDT tips hydraulically, dampened so it settles rather than slams, giving a continuous loading surface from the ground to the 2.44 m stationary front deck. For tracked machines, low-clearance equipment and anything you would rather not drive up a set of steel ramps, that matters.
It is built on an engineered beam frame with a 203 mm x 10 lb I-beam tongue integrated into the chassis and 76 mm I-beam crossmembers at 406 mm centres.

Tilt-deck discipline
Two habits keep tilt decks safe: load slowly so the deck transitions under control, and always position the load so the deck returns level before you strap. A machine parked behind the pivot point will hold the deck up and turn the whole trailer into a see-saw.
