2020 Trails West Sierra 4 Horse Gooseneck Float

A Fantastic Fan, window shades, a carpeted dressing room with steps to a bed area, and a boot box. Trails West’s Sierra gooseneck puts a Comfort Package in front of a four horse stall area, which makes an overnight stay at a country ground genuinely comfortable rather than merely possible.

Steel frame with aluminium skin, 2.16 m wide and 2.13 m tall, with a side tack carrying a four-tier swing-out saddle rack and a water tank.

What is fitted

• Model: 2020 Trails West Sierra, four horse, gooseneck
• Height: 2.13 m
• Width: 2.16 m
• Construction: steel frame with aluminium skin
• Stall area: double rear doors with windows, timber floors fully matted, interior and exterior tie rings (one per stall), two-way pop-up vents (one per horse), padded aluminium dividers with slam latches, drop-down feed doors on the head side, sliding bus windows on the tail side
• Side tack: four-tier swing-out saddle rack, blanket bar, bridle hooks, water tank
• Dressing room: Comfort Package, carpeted, boot box, Fantastic Fan, window shades, steps to the bed area

A vent per horse, both ways

Two-way pop-up vents let you scoop air in while moving and draw it out while stopped, and there is one for every horse rather than a shared pair at the front. On a four-horse float that is the specification detail that determines whether the horse in the fourth bay gets fresh air or someone else’s.

Some figures were left blank

The original US listing left the floor length and overall length fields empty and prefaced its equipment list with “features may include”. We have not filled those gaps with estimates. If exact dimensions or a confirmed equipment list matter to your decision — and on a four-horse gooseneck they should — ask us and we will confirm before you commit.

Imported US-market stock. This float has not been assessed against Australian Design Rules, state registration or roadworthy requirements, or any Australian livestock transport welfare code, and no such compliance is claimed. See our four horse float category for the rest of the range.
