2016 Hart Ultimate 4 Horse Float

Hart build competition floats and the Ultimate is their four horse tag unit. Face guards on the head-side drop-downs, a full stud divider on the first stall, an insulated roof, a heavy-duty kickwall mat and a 1.83 m hay pod with its own ladder — every part of it is aimed at horses that compete rather than horses that commute.

Twin 3,180 kg axles on five Alcoa wheels, finished in champagne.

A full stud divider on the first stall

Complete separation of the first bay means you can carry a stallion, a mare in season or a horse that does not tolerate company, without giving up the other three bays. For a breeding operation or a busy competition yard, that flexibility is the difference between one float and two.

Braced for air conditioning

The dressing room is structurally braced to take an air-conditioning unit. It is not fitted, but the hard part is done — and any unit added, along with the wiring to run it, needs to be installed to Australian requirements by a licensed electrician.
