12ft x 9ft 2+1 Ablution Block – Toilet & Shower Cabin

Two male cubicles with urinals, and a single female toilet entered through its own external door: that is the 2+1 layout, and it is the arrangement most small factories, transport yards, sports clubs and medium-term construction projects end up needing. The block is built on the same steel site-office shell used across the range, so it is tough enough for a working site rather than an event hire product.

The unit needs connection to electricity, water and waste. Once that is done it behaves like a permanent amenity, but unlike a built block it can be lifted and moved when the yard is reorganised, sold on when the project ends, or swapped for a larger unit as headcount grows.

Getting the ratio right

Male-to-female fixture ratios differ from site to site, and the standard 2+1 will not suit every workplace. Bespoke configurations, including showers, can be built to order – worth raising before you buy rather than after, because retrofitting a shower into a finished block is expensive.
