A project manager on a linear job spends the day chasing the work face. This 12 ft mobile steel office exists for exactly that: a lockable, weatherproof desk-and-meeting space on a single axle that can follow the crew rather than sit at the compound gate.

It is the most compact towable office in the range, which makes it the one that fits where nothing else will – between a fence line and a trench, inside a plant yard, on a narrow road reserve. Steel shutters cover the glazing and the steel door locks, so laptops and drawings can stay in it overnight.

Positioning on site

Deliver by truck, tow into place, then level on the corner legs with pads underneath so they do not sink. Being wheeled, it can be repositioned as the job advances without booking plant each time – which is usually where a mobile unit pays for itself against a craned cabin.

Roads, registration and towing

Ratings, registration and any towing on public roads are matters for your state or territory road authority; nothing here should be read as a roadworthiness or ADR statement. Within a site boundary, a 4WD or dumper handles it easily.
