Ten feet of chemical store with the containment depth of a much larger unit, thanks to a 300 mm bund behind the door. Welded Durbar plate above it, twelve vents, factory lockbox.
The 300 mm raised bund is what separates this store from the flat-floor version: the same 10ft footprint holds a deeper reservoir, because the step at the door is doing containment work. If your inventory goes in and stays put — a fixed set of drums checked monthly rather than moved daily — the extra volume is worth the step.
Built from a one-trip container, with a 3 mm Durbar chequer-plate floor welded in above the bund, twelve vents, and the original Cor-Ten shell, cargo doors and factory lockbox retained.

Nothing rolls over 300 mm. Plan on a portable ramp, a drum lifter or a forklift for loading; our container ramp fits this doorway and stows inside when it is not in use. Sites that load and unload constantly are usually better served by the flat floor store.
Containment sizing, segregation and signage under AS 1940 remain your obligation and your state regulator’s call. Take the figures above to your dangerous goods consultant before ordering. Other sizes and floor types are listed in the 8ft and 10ft range, with pricing context in our price guide.
