An 8ft raised bunded store in blue: 300 mm of containment depth under a welded Durbar floor, eight vents, and forklift pockets so it can be moved when the site layout changes.
Raised-bund containment in the smallest footprint we build. The 300 mm bund at the door holds a deeper reservoir than a flat-floor store of the same size, which matters when the whole unit is only 2.44 m long and every litre of containment volume is fought for. Finished in blue and converted from a one-trip container, with a 3 mm Durbar chequer-plate floor welded in above the bund.
Eight vents run through the walls. Two forklift pockets are fitted at the front, so the store can be lifted and repositioned rather than being a permanent fixture.

A 300 mm step stops a drum trolley. At this size most operators lift drums in by hand or with a drum lifter, or specify the flat-floor 8ft store instead. Decide on the basis of how often stock actually moves, not on containment volume alone.
Containment sizing, segregation of incompatible goods and signage sit under AS 1940 and your state regulator — take the specifications above to your dangerous goods consultant. Flat-floor and open-mesh versions of the 8ft store are stocked alongside this one in the 8ft and 10ft range, and pricing across the bunded line is in our price guide.
