A compact 10ft chemical store — welded 3 mm Durbar floor over a sealed bund, flat entry for drum trolleys, twelve vents, and light enough at 1,470 kg to reposition with a yard forklift.
Three metres by two and a half is a small enough footprint to fit behind a workshop, beside a shed or in the corner of a depot that has already run out of room — and that is the whole argument for the 10ft bunded store. It holds a useful number of drums and a couple of IBCs without taking a bay of hardstand you needed for something else.
The unit is converted from a one-trip container. A 3 mm Durbar chequer-plate floor is welded over a sealed steel bund, giving a flat, level entry with nothing to lift over, and twelve vents are cut through the walls to keep vapour moving.

At roughly 1.5 tonnes empty with forklift pockets fitted, a 10ft bunded store can be picked up and relocated by a decent yard forklift. A 20ft or 40ft store cannot. If your site layout is likely to change, or the store has to follow a project between sites, that flexibility usually outweighs the extra capacity of the larger units.
The flat floor version here suits drums wheeled in on a trolley. A raised bund store gives more containment volume behind a 300 mm step, and an open mesh floor lifts stored vessels clear of anything that has leaked. All three are stocked at 10ft — see the 8ft and 10ft container range.
The store is supplied as a bunded structure; whether it satisfies your obligations depends on the goods and quantities you hold under AS 1940 and your state regulator. If the unit is going onto land requiring planning consent, our council approval guide covers what to expect.
