8ft x 8ft Flat Floor Bunded Store

This is the smallest bunded store we make. An 8ft container converted to hold chemicals: 3 mm Durbar chequer plate welded in over a sealed steel bund, eight vents through the walls, and the original cargo doors and lockbox retained. It suits the site that has a modest quantity of flammables — a few drums, some aerosols, a couple of jerry cans of two-stroke — and nowhere sensible to put them.

Because it is only 2.44 m long it fits inside a fenced compound, alongside a workshop wall or in the corner of a yard already at capacity, and it can be repositioned with a small forklift.

Small quantities, same obligations

Storing less does not remove your duties — it changes the thresholds. Placarding, manifest and separation requirements under AS 1940 depend on the class and quantity you hold, and your state regulator sets where those thresholds fall. Confirm your position before you order rather than after an inspection.
