Five bays of adjustable three-tier racking — the full length of one side of a 40ft container. Thirty shelf levels rated to 550 kg each, slot-together, and removable when the container moves on.
A 40ft container is twelve metres of floor and about six metres of usable reach if you are only stacking on the ground. Five bays of three-tier racking run the full length of one side, which is the difference between a container you can find things in and a container you dig through. This is the kit specified by parts departments, maintenance stores and anyone running a container as an actual store rather than a dumping ground.
Bays are 2,250 mm wide and shelf heights adjust in 50 mm steps, so the racking gets set up around your stock rather than the other way round.

Five bays per side, two sides, three tiers each: thirty shelf levels at 550 kg apiece. In practice the constraint is the aisle, not the capacity — racking both sides of a 40ft leaves a working corridor down the middle wide enough for a pallet trolley but not a forklift.
In a 40ft there is not enough clearance to run racking down both sides and across the end. Choose one or the other. If end racking matters more, the rear-of-container kits are narrower at 1,850 mm and designed for exactly that position. Browse everything in container accessories, or see the units in the 40ft container range.
