40ft Tilt Bed Container Trailer – Model V2

This is the floored version of the 40 ft tilt bed, and the differences are worth understanding before you choose between them. It runs a heavier 305 mm x 19 lb I-beam frame and neck, adds a treated pine floor with 152 mm steel runners on the outside run of boards, and fits 51 x 51 x 6 mm angle guides along the edges of the floor.

Those guides are the practical detail: they stop a load walking sideways as the deck tilts, which on a smooth-based container or a steel skid is exactly what wants to happen.

Floored or unfloored?

Take the floored version if you will also carry palletised freight, drums, crates or anything that needs a continuous surface. Take the unfloored version if it will only ever move containers and skidded machinery, and you want the lower tare. Both tilt the same way.
