2.3m x 2.3m Flat Packed Office Cabin

Every so often a site has nowhere for a cabin to land: a rooftop, a courtyard behind a heritage facade, a bush block at the end of a goat track, a basement plant room. This 2.3 m x 2.3 m flat-packed cabin is the answer to that problem. It arrives as panels, is carried in by hand, and bolts together with a socket set in about 45 minutes.

It is the smallest unit in the flat-pack range. Construction is fully galvanised steel with smooth panelling, powder coated moss green outside and off-white inside, so there is nothing to rust and nothing to repaint.

Inside the cabin

Two double-glazed uPVC windows come as standard and the roof is guttered. The interior is insulated and lined with a durable finish suitable for surface-mounted electrics, which means a sparky can fit it out without opening the walls up again.

Moving it later

Once assembled the cabin can be lifted whole by crane or forklift, or knocked back down to flat-pack form for storage between jobs. That reversibility is what makes it popular with hire fleets and facilities teams. Units also link side to side or end to end, so you can add a second module later without replacing the first.

Where it suits Australian buyers

Security gatehouses, rooftop plant offices, remote monitoring huts, school grounds with narrow pedestrian access, and rural properties where a truck cannot get past the creek crossing. Larger and fitted alternatives sit under cabins for sale; if you would rather compare against a converted box, our dimensions guide lays out the real internal space.
