10ft x 8ft One Trip Shipping Container – White (RAL 9003)

White containers stay noticeably cooler inside than dark ones through an Australian summer, which is why RAL 9003 is the usual pick for anything stored that does not like heat — paint, adhesives, records, sports gear. This 10ft x 8ft unit is a one-trip container: manufactured to ISO standard dimensions in China, loaded once for the voyage out, then sold here rather than being cycled back into the shipping fleet. That is what makes a “new” container affordable in Australia compared with a locally fabricated box.

It carries a CSC plate rated to 10.1 tonnes gross, a 28 mm marine plywood floor over steel cross members, and the standard pair of hinged end doors with two locking bars each.

Condition, honestly described

One trip is not the same as factory fresh. Expect a straight, square container with intact paint and clean seals, and expect a small number of scuffs and handling marks from being lifted on and off a ship. If you want a container with no cosmetic history at all it has to be built to order; if you want the cheapest sound box, look at used stock instead. Colour options and finishing

The same 10ft shell is stocked in bottle green, and any one-trip unit can be resprayed to a RAL colour of your choice at additional cost if it has to match existing site buildings. Shelving, lighting and vents can be added before dispatch.
